The construction of four villas in northern Norway was a major professional challenge for us.
Installation took place in January – trucks carrying NOVATOP panels moved through snow and ice, with limited time and virtually zero margin for error.
Our role was to collaborate on a structural solution that performs both technically and visually.
Key aspects:
✔ spans up to 9.5 m with continuous exposed lamella
✔ glazed portals up to 1.8 × 4.8 m integrated into the CLT structure
✔ frameless glazed corner as a distinctive architectural feature
✔ premium visible wood quality throughout the interior
✔ prefabrication = speed, precision, minimal risk
