A modern four-storey shopping centre has been built in Urmiberg, Switzerland, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and sustainability.
The construction used approximately 2900 m³ of Swiss wood. The building also includes office spaces, where 1800 m² of NOVATOP acoustic panels were installed, significantly enhancing the atmosphere for daily operations.
With a footprint of 67 × 54 metres, the new building serves not only as a new Landi retail centre, but also provides space for other local businesses – including a bakery with shop, a cosy café, and a store offering regional products.
