A four-storey office building, which is part of the large-capacity logistics centre of the HWZ company with a total area of 20,000 m².
Structure: NOVATOP ELEMENTS with a height of 350 mm designed for a load of 5.5 kN/m2 with a bottom visual board. Each element is able to support a total load of 82 kN (8 tons!!!). 132 elements with a total area of 1,600 m² were installed on the entire building, including the roof, most of them measuring 6 x 2.5 m. The average installation time of one ceiling (400 m²) lasted 3 to 4 hours, which indicates a high productivity of installation (approx. 100 m²/hour).
