The main load-bearing structures on the ground floor are made of reinforced concrete, and, on the first floor, there is the NOVATOP system, which was used for both the load-bearing walls and the roof. The architects used visual wood in the interior and added furniture and acoustic panels of the same material. Even the facade made of larch board bears the NOVATOP brand.
